Tour Notes:

As those who attended some of the shows can attest, during the '76 tour Micky performed with his arm in a sling. It seems that just before the tour started he decided to give hang-gliding a try. He and the ground had an unfortunate meeting, resulting in a broken arm for Micky. The ground reportedly appeared to be undamaged.
